Tax commissioner rules in Norfolk business case

Virginia Tax Commissioner Janie Bowen released a ruling last week in the ongoing dispute between Norfolk Commissioner of the Revenue Sharon McDonald and some local businesses. The issue surrounds implementation of the BPOL tax.
